Embrace

Embrace is a volunteer, home visiting project funded by a 3 year grant from The Lottery Community Fund and The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation. Through this project we will provide support to parents who are struggling with their mental health and children who have emotional and health issues, in particular around neurodiversity.

You will be offered an initial visit by one of our Family Support Coordinators (FSC) to find out what support you are looking for. The FSC will then match, and introduce you to a home visiting volunteer who will offer you emotional and practical support for 2 to 3 hours a week and help you access any additional support you may need. We can also offer you peer to peer support through our groups.

In order to be referred to Embrace you must have at least one child aged five and under and either you or your child must be experiencing any of the issues explained above.
